The White Bay Power Station is a recognisable historical Australian landmark established to supply electricity to Sydney's ever-growing rail and tram network, which throughout time has earned its heritage listing. The objective of this adaptive re-use of the White Bay Power Station is to create a local and global attraction that maintains its focus on the importance of Climate Change on the environment. The new insertions within the site aim to acknowledge and highlight the existing building, whilst providing spaces to Respect, Take Action and Transform.
